In this five-minute meditation, we will:
Identify a primary feeling we want to work with
Connect this feeling to our felt senses (our body)
Expand this feeling into neighboring parts of our body
Identify any shifts in feeling or felt sense
This exercise is useful for regulating difficult feelings, expanding tolerance for unpleasant emotions, and creating more vibrant and fluid connections between our bodies and our feelings. This brief meditation is based on Integral Somatic Psychology (ISP) principles.
